What Shipping methods do you offer?

We currently offer shipping via USPS.  Allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to be processed as we process all orders on-demand due to their custom nature. Please make sure shipping address is correct as all orders will be shipped to the address shown.  Hmarr Designs is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages.

USPS First-Class and Priority Mail Shipping is available to customers in the continental United States.

Free Shipping is offered on all orders $35+ in the United States.

 

When will my order ship?

All orders ship within 5-7 business days of purchase. 

 

Do you offer Local Pick-Up? 

Local Porch Pick-Up is available from our ELKHORN, NE location. Once you select Local Pick-Up at checkout and your order is processed, you will be contacted when your order is ready for pick-up and with the address to pick up. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing. 

Do you offer International Shipping?

We currently do not offer International shipping. 

 

RETURNS

Do You offer Exchanges + Returns?

We really hope you LOVE your purchase, but just in case…

We have a 14-day return policy on non-personalized items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hiedi@hmarrdesigns.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Are there exceptions or, non-returnable items?

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Do you offer exchanges?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

When will I receive my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
